What carrier companies are used to ship?
Domestic packages are via UPS and the United States Postal Service. International packages typically via UPS International.
What is the shipping process?
As we work diligently to ensure quality of our products, we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing, even when choosing priority shipping. Additionally, we ask that you allow 2-7 business days for tracking information to upload in the system. We appreciate your understanding during this time, as you may experience longer than normal timeframes to process and ship your order.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days. International shipping may vary.
How long is the process for custom colored easels?
The custom color process can take up to 10-15 business days after your specific colors are located and confirmed.
Are accessories and replacement parts sold separately?
Replacement parts such as easel trays and complete peg bars are sold separately. Wheels, screws, pegs and crochets bars are not yet available for individual sale. However, if you need any of these items, please email email@example.com.
What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my product?
If you are dissatisfied with your products, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product and reason you are dissatisfied. Please send photos to support your claim. You may also send a DM to @hair_easel if applicable.
What is the refund policy?
We reserve the right to issue or deny a refund based on reason and/or dissatisfaction, within 30 days of purchase.
Where is the company located?
We are located in Blackwood, NJ.
What do I do if a product is sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not have specific restock dates. You may sign up for restock notifications on the website when available.
Where can I buy your products?
We only sell products at www.thehaireasel.com. There is no storefront location where Linda’Marie products are sold at this time.
Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to an order once it is completed.
